I just got back from Workout 1, Week 1 and WOAHH.
For one thing, I was dressed completely wrong for a walk/jog: I wore what I was wearing .
Which consisted of: shorts, a blouse, unsports bra, and my Converse shoes. BAD. IDEA.
My mother (an accomplished runner, my training buddy and my timer for the 90 / 60 bits), AFTERWARDS, advised me to reconsider my running attire. I quite agree.
Convientenly enough, my running route goes right in --and out-- of Starbucks. Wow. What a coincidence.
My muscles were all like, WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!? CELEBRITY FAMILY FEUD IS ON!! WHY ARE WE RUNNING!?! WE ARE MISSING OUT ON SECOND HELPINGS OF AL ROKER!! AL FRICKIN' ROKER, FOR GOD'S SAKE!! ON PRIMETIME!! IF YOU KEEP GOING AT THIS RATE, WE ARE GOING TO MISS AMERICA'S GOT TALENT!?! THE HOFF. WE ARE MISSING. DAVID. HASSELHOFF!!
The sad part, it was true.
The even sadder part was that I really wanted to watch Celebrity Family Feud.
I really do need to get out more.
And for definetly, I will put my hair up a ponytail next time.
Perhaps running shoes would be a good choice, too.
