So I Want To be a Runner

I'm 16 years old, overweight, lazy and a smart-ass.
And I'm gonna start running.
This is the program I'm going to use, the Couch-to-5K program on coolrunning.com, which should take 9 weeks, so here we go...

Week one is:

Workout 1
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
Workout 2
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
Workout 3
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

So I guess I'm going on a walk.
